Kershaw parts shipping...

I sent in for a new clip for my orange Zing, and Kershaw sent not one, but two clips. for a different knife. and one set is missing a screw... i wont complain about the extra clip.. but they are both wrong! the clips i got are for the 1730 and the bags say "1730 - 1735", the 1735 is in hand written pen.. Looks to me like someone has sabotauged the Kershaw shipping center! I'll go send an Email and tell Kershaw about this... but in the mean time, should i hold off on ordering another Zing clip? and is this a common issue?

Not a common issue......crap happens. Call them and tell them what happened. Morgan or Dawn will get you what you need and likely chew all the correct butts on the way :thumbup:

Not common in my experience, except that they did send me two of the part I needed. Free, no shipping costs, correct parts.
