Has anyone else had problems changing the position of their Kershaw pocket clip due to the screw not screwing into the pre-tapped hole? I've had it happen with both the Zing and the Leek. Anyone know of a solution? (I don't have a tap that small to clean out the threads) Thanks!

I haven't got that far, for me at least one of the screws doesn't come out.

You probably took the threads off the screw on the tip. Its a 2-56 screw. Same screw used by Benchmade, Emerson, and Spyderco on a lot of their knives. I'd suggest trying one a little bit longer just to see if it doesn't grab for you. If it does then you know the screws on the tip part of your present factory screws have been compromised.

I've got a solution---take the damn things off and throw them away.

Very strange. I've never had that problem, and I would definitely bring that up with Kershaw's CS.

Thanks Monk! I emailed them a short while ago. I managed to get the clip on the leek by working the hole threads with a small dentists pick :D
