Am I the only one who loves it? This knife is truly awesome! It's manual, but it's just as fast as any assisted opener or automatic knife I've ever seen. It's small and lightweight. It has a great pocket clip. What's not to like about this knife and why don't I hear more people praising this awesome design?

I really like mine. I liked it so much I bought another one when I heard they were getting discontinued.

like it, don't love it...what i do love are Hawk designs, which is why i have a zt500 (love it) and the ET (use that one more than the RAM)...

I own 3 RAMs. One is a user and the other two are put up for now since they got discontinued. It is a very addictive flipper.

I seriously need to buy a few more before they all disappear, the RAM is my favorite kershaw ever. The design and engineering behind it is absolutely fantastic, I really wish kershaw did mode with the Hawk lock. There's no way it should open so quickly and so smoothly with so little effort. And yet, it does.

The Hawk lock is the bomb; I too wish they would use it a bit more I'd especially liked to have seen it used on a larger folder like the JYDII but that's no more than wishful thinking.

I gifted my RAM to an old friend over a year ago. I really should focus on getting one more before they truly disappear.

great knife... my wife is edc'ing the ram she "inherited" from me lol. she even made a video! :D

I have wondered why the RAM doesn't seem to get much love. I think its awesome, its one of my favorites. The flipper on it works incredibly well and I have gotten to where I prefer to not have assisted opening. Hawk Lock is awesome too. The knife pockets very well too, carries pretty deep.

The RAM is a nice knife, but i think the ZT MUDD is an even better one. i really wish they were still making them :(

love the mudd but im not so sure about it being better... its a huge knife thats quite "aggressive" on the pockets. it rarely sees much pocket time. i honestly feel the ram is much more suitable as an edc knife.

I agree with you 100%.

I like it, don't love it. Don't really like the shape, and it doesn't see any pocket time. There are better knives out there. For that matter, I haven't been able to unload mine. Maybe if it's being discontinued I should hold onto mine until they are actually worth something though... I like the looks of that red one Leek's got though.
