Kershaw ring lock knife

I was just reading about an older Kershaw model, a ring lock knife somewhat like the Opinal. Does anyone know anything about this knife, esp. the name, and the dimensions?

Kershaw did make a twist lock knife. The model number was 2950. You don't see them pop up much any more. I think they are around 4 1/2'' closed...not sure of the blade length.
