Kershaw Ripcord Question

Didn't the Ripcord model originally belong to Phantom knives? I just recently found it at Kershaw's web site. Looks like a cool otf that will retail for about $65. No 154CM but I'm willing to try the 13C26 steel blade.

Is it up for sale yet? It's hard to evaluate a knife that hardly anyone has seen, in any version.

Scroll down to find a short review. The knife seem more of a novelty than a practical tool, to me. Not that novelty isn't a good enough reason to get one.
