I am more of a traditional kind of guy. This Christmas, my sister gave me a gift card to a big sporting goods store, and I could not find a decent traditional folder for the $25. But they had the Kershaw Volt II ss for a few bucks more after shipping, so I decided to give it a try. I liked it pretty well, but I wanted to change the clip to tip up carry. I had a hard time finding the right tool to change the clip, and when I went to the Kershaw website, it was for sale, but only in Canada.I called them, and they said "I'm sorry, we would be happy to send you one for free." they sent it right out. I am so impressed with them, I went out and bought the kershaw that I actually liked better, the black leek. I really dig these.
