Short Story: Does anyone have pictures of a Rogue taken apart?

Long Story: So my brother has been carrying a Rogue for a while and last night, there was a "pop" and the spring responsible for the blade deployment wasn't working anymore (it sounds to be in multiple pieces). I've read this knife can be a pain in the butt to assemble so I'm trying to get as much info as I can before I try to replace the spring. I know there were pictures originally posted in JNieporte, but I can't see them.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance- Trip.

I would just send it in if you aren't confident in your ability to disassemble and reassemble a rare knife correctly.

A couple things- First off, this knife is definitely used and abused. Any collector's value is pretty much shot so I'm not too worried about the rarity of it. Secondly, he has emailed them and they said they couldn't do anything for him except give him the MSRP towards a new knife (I think he's crazy for not accepting it, but this knife has really grown on him). We found a place selling replacement springs and I doubt Kershaw would put an aftermarket product in their knife (I would guess that falls under their policy about Kershaw modding for a customer).

Okay, so here's the latest- Being the daring young adults we are, we surged forth and found out that this knife... Really isn't all that complicated. When we first pulled the scales apart, we learned that yes, the spring was broken.

Also, ignoring the somewhat fuzzy cell phone pictures, here's the knife disassembled.

Finally, as far as the "used and abused" status of this knife, here's just the serrations.

We found what probably makes the Rogue so difficult to assemble though. In order to install the blade on the spring, you need to set the blade about 30 degrees past what the blade is at fully opened when the knife is put together, so if the stop pin is in the way if it is installed before the blade is lined up. I'll update this more later when we put it back together. I may make this into a WIP if there is interest.

I'll see why my photos aren't loading. I still have the originals; message me your address and I'll send them to you if that will help.
