Kershaw Rogue Repair

Can anyone help me with my Kershaw Rogue? The button lock release broke on it and Kershaw has no more parts and cannot service the knife. They have offered to give me credit toward the purchase of a new knife at MSRP. I really like the Rogue and Kershaw has nothing close to it that I find appealing. The new ZT's are nice, but at this point, even with the credit, they are out of my price range. I was just wondering if anyone knows someone who could fix this knife at a reasonable price? It still locks up, closes, and fires hard. I tried to take some pics and I will post the best one that I got. You can see where the lock button post separated from the part that locks the blade open.

Hopefully someone can at least point me in the right direction here.

One thing I might suggest is trying to find someone with a metal lathe and plenty of experience to make you a new button. Then again, that might be too small for someone to reproduce.

Look at online knife parts vendors. I know there is a place that sells /b/ knife kits /b/ including button locks if I recall correctly.

You can probably find a suitable substitute for the original part.

Best if luck!

In your favorite search engine type in "button lock knife parts" you should quickly find what you are looking for.

You might want to pop over to the maker forum. I know there are some dudes over there who can handle this situation...
