Kershaw Rotary lock knife

I understand that Kershaw made two rotary lock folders years ago (1980's). One was a long & slender rectangular shape with rounded end at the rotary lock. It had a wood inlay inside a metal frame. The other rotary lock knife had stone or bone scales and more of a "chunky" shape with rounded end at the rotary lock. I'm looking for info on the latter model.

1. What years were they produced?
2. What was the scale material and was there more than one?
3. What was the original price?
4. What years were they made?
5. Does anyone have one for sale?
6. Does anyone have a photo of this knife?

Have you tried emailing Kershaw? also you can post this on levines, he may be able to help you.
 
Kershaw offered to send me a copy of an old brochure. Not a lot of help. I can't believe there isn't a BFG (Blade Forum Guru - I just made that up...like it?) out there who has info on this knife. Come on out of the woodwork guys! BTTT
 
New info...I'm told the knife I seek is the Kershaw model 2100 Rotary Lock. Anybody own one or know where I can get one. A photo will also be helpful so I can utilize multiple resources to find one. Any help much appreciated. Please feel free to email me at buylow@coho.net
 
I never heard of them before, so I just did an Ixquick search.

I found a picture. Clicking on it brings up the usual alphabet soup.

Esav, you rule. Thanks for the photo. I have not seen this knife since 1980. A picture truly is worth 1,000 words.

This Japanese website
has two different model Kershaw Rotary locks listed. They appear to be for sale. Sorry (unless you are fluent in it) the page is in Japanese for the most part.

Ripper, that is the knife. The one with the more blunt shape. I used to own the longer skinny version but I'm hunting for the other. I have seen it now on two Japanese web sites but would like to find one here in the states.

Anybody out there have one? Better yet, does anybody have one for sale or trade?
