kershaw scallion disassembly

Grab a big plate , put a white dishtowel on it so when you take it apart any screws or whatnot that may fall you'll not lose them and like the above advice , make sure the knife open , or half open before disassembly.

Go slow , watch what you are doing so you'll understand how it goes back together , most important is to make sure you do not lose screws , etc.

Good luck and go slow.

Yeah, the towel trick is a good one. I have a white one and a bright
yellow terry towel that are real clingy to objects.

You'll be fine, the Chive,Scallion and the Leek come apart easily and
go right back without a hitch.
