I was looking at the scrambler an I really like it even though it was made in China. I have a chive also a cryo 2. I would like to know for everyday carry how would you rate the scrambler with the Kershaw blur besides the blur costing more ? Thanks for your time .

Overall much smoother than the blur handle-wise, since it's a frame-lock. Better blade shape for easier sharpening, and the steel is on par with the Blur for holding an edge. The Blur has thumb studs vs. the flipper on the Scrambler, but the thumb studs are much easier to use on the Blur than the flipper is to use on the Scrambler. The pocket clip on the Scrambler rides lower than the Blur's.

Ultimately, the biggest differences to me were the recurve vs. normal grind, and the frame-lock vs. the liner lock. Other than that they are pretty similar.

I have used flippers, and I've used thumb-studs, and I have to lean towards the thumb studs. They deploy faster than the flipper when you pull it out of your pocket, and the Blur has some of the best-feeling studs ever. If you can sharpen a recurve, I'd go for the Blur, if you can't sharpen a recurve, then the Scrambler or a tanto Blur would be your best bet.

One more thing is the blade point thicker than the leek ? I broke the tip on my leek so I want a stronger point . How is the the scrambler an blur ? Thanks again .

I'm pretty sure they both have thicker tips than the Leek. The leek has an exceptionally thin tip.
