I just saw this knife while browsing knifecenter.com, and I am very interested. The design is very unique. I've never seen a knife with the folding action of a straight razor, and yet a liner lock and the dimensions of a more traditional folding knife. I really like the design. Are there any other knives with this same design? The Shun Higo is just a bit high in price for me as of now.

I think you might have meant Shun Higo. The description of it is a bit strange on the knifecenter site. It is meant to be a personal folding steak knife as described on the Kershaw site.
Not really sure about the steel though, the Kershaw site mentions SG2 in the Specs and then VG10 in the features. Really nice if its VG10, really amazing if it is SG2.

Its a cool concept, It'd be interesting pulling that out at a high end steak house and telling the waiter, "no thanks, I brought my own".
