Kershaw Skyline fixed blade does work!

On a beach trip with my g/f and her son at my families beach house I brought along my skyline fixed blade for the beach to test the corrosion resistance, but once here I realized the beach house kitchen knives SUCK!!! Of course I forgot my kitchen knives (JWU issue). Soo what am I to do this knife became the most used one of the trip! Thanks BladeHQ for this Black Friday steal!
