Kershaw Skyline or Spyderco Persistence?

I really can't decide between these two! Skyline looks sleek but spyderco's unique design makes me want one.

Skyline, I prefer the steel, and the over all design appeals to me more. :)

Personally I'd take the Skyline any day. US made, Sandvik steel, and Kershaw's awesome warranty to back it up.

In my opinion i would go for the skyline. I have a size small hand, and i love the way my skyline just feels so natural in hand. The skyline is worth your money.

Skyline. You will like better the grind and the steel, plus it's a flipper with a stud, depending which way you like to open it, it'll have both options.
...And, not lastly: it's made in USA.

Not exactly. The "thumb stud" is actually a blade stop. It is too small and too close to the handle for most people to use it as an opening device. YMMV.

It is a blade stop but the way it is positioned in the round cut off of the frame works for me just fine. I bet there are plenty of Skyline owners that open it by the "blade stop" and don't use it as a flipper.

If you like the size of the Skyline (which is a good little EDC) and want to compare to a Spyderco, check out the Centofante 3. I have a Tenacious myself, but would skip the Chinese made Spyderco's. Save up and get a nicer one with better steel.

Skyline for sure. I have a Tenacious as well, but it rarely gets pocket time (not that it's a bad knife for the money).

Well i have a persistence which is the smaller version of the tenacious and it is a very hard use knife. The skyline is lighter and is made in the usa and in my opinion the tenacious is more durable so it just depends on what you will use it for.

I'm normally a Spyderco kind of guy but of this pair I would take the Skyline. Nice for light knife days and made in USA.
