Ive come across a red snap on skyline and was wondering how rare this knife is? production number? and maybe value? any help would be great thanks...

Very rare, can't say about production numbers, though. I'd say somewhere around $125 depending on condition. :)

You have one for sale, just want to know the value, or you're looking to buy? They are tough to find. I have four of them. Three are used mint and one new in the box. Took me a year to find them. They only come along once or twice a year. I bought both last year around the holidays. Seems people are willing to part with them for xmas cash. I'm not sure the $125.00 is accurate (no disrespect intended). I paid more for the four I have, but I''ve been looking for them for a while. I might part with one if you need it for your coleection since I have more than one. I also have four of the Damascus version. All new in the box. They are tough to find too, but I've seen them for as low as $145.00.

I heard those red snap on skylines were bought for the price of a kershaw crown somewhere recently and they are marked up.... a lot.

A guy a know in my town who collects has one for sale, i meet guy at show and stay in touch some. I do need one for my collection but i thought the 200$ he is asking was high but i really didnt know much about them. I have 7 of the skyline models and the 1760BW on pre order......

They were upwards of a Benjamin. That is how much I paid. A box of 60 or so of them was at the Kershaw factory sale for much less. Like you could buy one if you were the 7th President. I've seen a few show up yesterday on a popular site for about 3 times what they were at the sale and that is still half what I paid around a year ago for one on that same site.

Wow, glad I got mine when I did (when the prices were still "normal", lol).

1760BW? Gotta have one of those! Time to get on a list...
