Kershaw Skyline Question

I just bought a Skyline from Walmart and was wondering if I got the right one.The package says 14C28 steel and stone wash finish.Mine has the standard Kershaw finish.The date on it is Jan 09.I'm not for sure when they switched the steel over in these.Thanks for any help.

The Skyline is 14C28N. Unless you get the Damascus blade!

Wow that was quick.Thanks SPX.I was also wondering what the deal with the model number is.The knife says 1760 but the clam pack says 1760X.I'm glad it's 14C28,I've been wanting to give it a try.Thanks again.

The X designation is for the Walmart clamshell pack.

Does the skyline really have a stone-wash? Or do they just call it a stonewash?
