Kershaw Skyline vs Chill?

I'm looking for comparisons between the Kershaw Skyline and Chill. I've not handled either knife but they look very similar. Both are inexpensive liner locks with the Chill being under $20. Both have a flipper/finger guard and G10 handles. Neither have jimping but the Chill has a bit of a ramp. The Chill does not have thumb studs but the Skyline's are recessed. The flatter grind of the Chill probably makes it better for most light tasks. What do you guys think?

Think you solved your own equation ;]

I don't own the skyline, but like you, we know it's reputable. The chill being fairly new and for the price point you can't go wrong. With these price points you will probably end up with both. haha

From seeing some vids on the tube, the skyline seems a little bit more robust. The chill seems to be slimmer in all aspects. The Chill also used 8cr13mov like the Spyderco Tenacious...so decent steel especially for the price.

Don't know the Chill but don't think you can go wrong with the Skyline; nice little knife.

Definitely both. The skyline will appear thinner/flatter and has more of a slicing profile. Both flip great, you can't go wrong with both for the price.

I'm leaning toward the Skyline despite preferring the blade shape of the Chill. Thumb studs, though not well designed on the Skyline, are good for when flipping is inappropriate.

I thought it read "Skyline vs. Chili" :D

The flipper on the Chill is fantastic. For some reason, RJ's flippers always work flawlessly on both production and custom.
He has a knack for getting them dialed-in.

Both are good for the weekend if you're wearing shorts or don't need anything heavy-duty.
