Kershaw Skyline

Very light. Nice blade shape. Unobtrusive pocket clip. Tip-up/tip-down right side only. 14C28N blade steel that takes a VERY sharp edge. Thin. Nice and pointy tip. Manual flipper.

Yes, you should "EDC" it.

great little knife. Easily one of my favorite EDC knives. Sharp, light, affordable, made in USA. Even better in blue.

I would not EDC it but I carry it every day. Lots of colors to choose from and you hardly notice it is there. Heck I even clip it to the waistband of my running shorts.

IMO it makes a great EDC. Its light, carries in the pocket well, smooth action. The blade takes a good edge. I think it makes a fine EDC. I still carry mine every now and then.

Dude, the Kershaw Skyline might possibly be the MOST reviewed knife of all time!

Google is your friend.

What are your views on it? Pro's? Con's? Should i edc it or not?
The Kershaw Skyline is very popular. I've got a few and feel it is a good knife for the money. It is light for EDC and the steel (14C28N) takes a good edge. Plus, a flipper is just plain fun. Pros: thin, lightweight, easy to sharpen, flipper. Cons: don't really like the pocket clip design.

I have to say the Kershaw Skyline is hands down the best knife under $100 I have ever had. It makes a great EDC since it is slim and lightweight, fast to open if you want, and isnt very intimidating to people who dont like knives. I have found through my harder use of it that it is much tougher than people might think it is. I found out the hard way the tip isn't that sturdy, but everything else still functions perfectly after what most would call abuse (hacking down small trees, throwing, etc.)
In short, for the price range, you can't go wrong with the Skyline.

I love my Skyline. It's held an edge and remained sturdy through a lot of a hard use. It's great for everyday carry, I would highly recommend it. The manual flipper opens the knife as quickly as some of my assisted opening knives, like the Kershaw Clash (another great knife to consider). You have to put a little bit of time into keeping the blade rust free, I've slipped up a few times and left it alone after being in a moist environment, but it's an easy fix.

It's just so pitty that the Skyline will cost me over 100€!!!I hope finding another way to get one..just not fair !!!

So, You wouldnt carry it every day.. But, You carry it every day?

Haha I'm also a little confused.

The Skyline is awesome man. You should definitely pull the trigger on it. Light weight, great design, steel and flipping action, and it's made right here in the US. Not to mention it's backed by one of the best warranties in the biz.

Nothing unique for me to add to this thread but the skyline is one of my favorite EDC knives. I finally have a Damascus one on the way to me and I am stoked!
