How hard will it be to switch out the stonewash blade on a skyline and replace it with a damascus blade?

Not hard at all. Just take them both apart and switch the blades around. You may also have to switch the liner lock over with the blade.
 
Their the same knife, you're just swapping parts between them. Shouldn't be all that difficult as long as you know how to disassemble a knife.
