Kershaw skyline

I saw this knife, and instantly, I fell in love with it's design. It's almost sebenza like in it's simplicity...I tried to dig up reviews, but the ones I found were either negative or amateurish...So I turn to you guys for answers. Is this a good knife?

I have yet to see a negative review of the skyline, that surprises me actually. I love my skyline, its one of my favorite knives Ive ever had and it is probably one of the cheapest Ive ever had.
