Anybody EDC one of these? Seems like a tool worth having along. On the other hand, I can not remember needing a torx screwdriver any time but when I was working on a knife at home. Where I already have a set of torx screwdrivers. And I do have a philips head on my SAK which is pretty much always with me. On the other hand, the T-tool looks like a kinda cool gadget that just might come in handy some day. On the other hand..........

It is a good thing as almost all knives are held together with #6and #8 torx head screws. If you hang the tool off your key ring, don't. But if you have to,lose the little triangle and replace with a steel split ring. also hang your keys so if it does fall off,it lands in your pocket. My tool rides in the bottom of my pocket with my space pen.

I have the T-Tool attacehd to my keyring in my briefcase/backpack, so it is not in my pocket EDC, but closeby. It's smaller than I pictured, which I like. In addition to the 2 torx heads, it has a small phillips head. It is slightly magnetic, which mainly helps hold the bits in place, but also helps a little with stabilizing the smaller screws. The magnet is not strong enough to pick up a screw from your workbench. The 3 bits fit neatly in the handle and the threads on the cap seem like very good quality, but they rattle in there, so it's not silent if that is a goal. Overall I like it as a backup/travel tool - it has come in handy for tightening a couple pocket clips!
