Kershaw Twocan

I've been getting frustrated trimming the buffing wheels at school every few minutes. I was thinking that maybe a smaller pair of scissors would make it easier to trim those tiny threads that keep coming unraveled. What are some opinions on the Kershaw Twocan. Also, how does it all work, I haven't gotten to play with one in real life yet.
