Kershaw Vertigo any good ?

I found a few of these really cheap($20) and wondering if they are any good.

I tried searching, but have found little.

What about the sheath?

I like this one quite a bit. I got it for SD purposes and it has a solid feel in manipulations, grip changes etc.
The sheath is standard factory kydex, doesn't offer much variety in carry modes, but is solid enough.

Where did you see it for that price?
