Kershaw warranty = Two thumbs up!

Hey guys. I just want to share my recent experience with the Kershaw warranty department. I had a Leek that I bought back around 2003 and it had developed "lock rock" over the years so I had thrown it in my junk drawer and forgot about it. I recently found it while searching for something and thought I would send it in and see just how good the Kershaw warranty was. Well in less than two weeks it arrived home today. They had fixed the problem with what appears to be a new blade. Basically I now have a new knife! And they repaired and returned it to me in less than two weeks! This is the fastest that I have ever had a knife repaired under warranty and returned to me! Awesome job Kershaw!
 
They've always been fast and generous with replacement screws and torsion bars. Also very helpful when I had a Leek with lockup problems and an 0350CB with centering issues. Great CS!
 
I finally sent my Skyline and 561 in. Feel a bit guilty about the 561 because every day I kept it it got better, so ultimately the only thing wrong with it was that part of the pocket clip threads on the tip up scale side were stripped and I could've gotten around that by just using longer screws. (They said to send it in since it can go in the same box with the Skyline anyway.) Well, we'll see what KAI does. Can't wait to see the red Skyline centered.
