Kershaw Zing find

I just had to pass this along.I stopped by my local wally store and found a Kershaw Zing marked down to 10.00 dollars.It is now clipped to my pocket.Any body else have one and what do you think of it? So far Ilike it.
 
Gotta love finding a good deal. :D
I wonder if that price was intended. They are still showing as $39.97 on their website.

I found a few Victorinox one handed Trekkers on clearance at Target last week for $24 each. I picked up a few as gifts.
 
$10 for a Zing is a steal. I wonder if it was a return or not in package (Clampack) or something. Nice score, though.

They are cool knives. How was the knife packaged? I'm curious if it was in a box or a blister pack.
 
Ranger,they had the Kershaw Zing and the OD-1 both marked down to 10.00.I was told those two knives were being discontinued.Im a lefty and like tip up carry so I chose the Zing.

I picked up a Trekker for just under $18 at Target, too. Pretty sad when the best knife store in the vicinity is Target!
 
The knife was in a blister pack.The girl at the counter said they will not carry that knife any more.I bought it and had it opened before I got in the truck.Another reason to always carry a knife.To open your new knife.

I love my Zing & OD-1.

Both the OD-1 and the Zing are worth so much more than what you payed , lucky score :)

(makes me curious as to what the wallys in my area are doing....) ;)

You should feel guilty for stealing from wally-world!:DJust send the Zing to me to clear your conscious.Just kidding.I just got a Zing in trade and it's a very strong folder for its size and the 14C28 steel is nasty with a microbevel on it.(Hair splitting):eek:
 
I like my zing a lot. It's the cheapest knife I carry. The flipper is suuuper fast and the steel is adequate. It takes a really nice edge. I'm not a fan of the machining of the blade but I ant complain too much because that's what makes it unique
 
wish they carried the orange one, at my local walmart they removed the case and now everythings in clampacks so you dont haft to have a worker get you one.

I love my Kershaws. Although, I have not even looked at my zing in months. It was just sub-par. Never could open it right. Like the design. Just wouldn't work when I needed it.
