A while back I had a ZT0560 that chipped while cutting some materials. I sent it in for Jimmer to take a look at and get sharpened. It was gone for a few weeks, but when I got it back I noticed some things were different about the knife. It turns out they had accidentally shipped me the wrong knife (different serial number, detent/lockbar strength was different, etc). Functionally everything was fine, but I was a little bummed that I didn't receive my knife. I told Jim about the issue and he was shocked it had happened and more than willing to work with me on it.
Just wanted to say thank you very much to Jimmer and the rest of the crew at KAI. Keep up the excellent work and you guys will stay industry leaders for a long time!
