Kershaw Nakamura knife, model 1480 with dinosaur gem bone scales. This was very difficult to do as the bolster has two tight curves that I had to cut into the dinosaur bone by hand. I do nothing magical and have to fit every stone scale with nothing more than eye hand coordination!
This dinosaur gem bone is probably the rarest I have with three of the rarest colors found in dinosaur bone all in the one piece - canary yellow, pink and pure white...
I selected this dinosaur gem bone and this specific knife for the complementary curves and color compatability with the Mokume style bolster made of layers stainless steel, copper and brass.
