Kershaws customer service hooked it up!

Ok, so I emailed Kershaw for some help. I disassembled my spec bump for a nice cleaning and some of the torque screws stripped. I emailed them for a few new screws and offered my payment information to pay for the part I messed up. They refused my payment information and said they will take care of me. I got this in the mail.

This is the typical level of customer service you can expect from Kershaw. Pretty cool huh? :)
 
the mafia takes care of it's members, if you know what i mean.

Just kidding. I have had similar experiences. my BLEMISHED spec bump has weird locking problems, and so when i took it to the factory to be sharpened i wondered why it took a little longer than i thought it should, and when it came back it was as smooth as butter. a couple weeks later, a package showed up with every screw, washer, ball bearing and a torsion bar. even a couple of multiples of some stuff. they are amazing.

In the past two years,they have managed to consistently top themselves....raising the bar, and forcing other knife companies into rehab & therapy!

In summation: ZT/Kershaw has Vision....and those other outfits are wearing bifocals!
 
I've had dealings with KAI Warranty Services twice and both times I was just blown away. Other manufacturers should pay attention, this is how you get people to come back for more and more.

That's great! I emailed BM a week ago asking for info on a pocket clip not even an email back!
