Yes. Call Kershaw and ask them for one. They'll typically send you one for free. Kershaw has excellent customer service.
BTW, I did this and the improvement is dramatic. The Dividend is one of the best shirt-pocket knives I've had as a result.

Yep, I got the MGX clip for ZT0450 and it fit perfectly on my Link, so it should fit on your Dividend as well.
