Does Anyone know of another resource to get a copy of this video? Either DVD although I would prefer digital.

It's out of stock on his website and I found a reference where he posted that they were getting digital downloads setup. But that was from like 2018 I think.
 
Have you checked the ABS store?
 
As far as I know he never released a digital version. Perhaps you should contact Kevin, it may only be temporarily out of stock.

Edit: I don’t see it on the ABS store either. I don’t believe it is an ABS product.
 
You are correct Larrin, I found my dvd and it came from Matherton Forge, not through ABS
