I doubt that he lost the HTML documents. He just lost his domain name (which is enough of a pain already).

Sorry about the troubles, where to begin...
Last week I got an e-mail from register.com that my automatic renewal was having trouble, I had some information that was out of date in my profile. I got on this and manually changed my information a day ahead of time, not wanting the situation of my domain expiring a week before a show. I then sent a message to service at register.com informing them that the changes had been made and if I needed to do anything thing else. I recieved a reply that assured me that everything was now in order and that they would process the renewal and there was nothing else I needed to do...
A day later the domain cashenblades.com was no longer

I tried to reach them through there messaging system, my e-mail was also no longer any good since it is at cashenblades.com, but finally got somebody on the phone Sunday morning and got some attention to my dissatisfaction. I was assured that the domain would be back on Sunday. My webpage came back that afternoon but the e-mail was still out until today.
I am sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused but it seems to be over for now.
Also, the krcashen@mvcc.com address has not been any good for many years, I have requested that it get changed in the "Knives" annual for 4 years in a row now, we will see if they can manage it this year finally
