"key CN" logo on hatchet ???

I bought (in Slovenia) this hatchet in rusty condition and I gave it second life. Workmanship is very good, material is excellent – I know, becouse I'we sharpened it. I whish to know where does the hatchet come from. Does anyone know the »key CN« logo? Thanks in advance,
