I have a dell 1420 inspiron laptop. I very commonly, but inadvertently hit some combination of keystrokes (which I can`t identify) that changes the keyboard from standard english to international. Then when I try to type a question mark I get this ÉÉÉÉÉ, or when I try to put in quotes I get this `````.
The only way I can re-fix it is to reboot. There must be another way. Any gurus out there can tell me what I`m doing and the keystroke needed to return the keyboard to Standard EnglishÉ
