Keychain gadgets advice/suggestions?

Hi everyone.

I'm putting together some keychains for xmas presents and could use some advice/opinions etc. I already have some of the items put together and am searching for some more things - so any suggestions on what I could put on would be appreciated. Please keep in mind I want these to be relatively light and non-bulky keychains (why I chose a Swisstech Utilkey over a Leatherman Micra for example).

Currently have:

-Small alum carabiners for main body with multiple split rings
-Swisstech Utilkeys
-Red Photon I's
-Thin paracord (I'm hoping to make up some kind of fob that incorporates 10' or so - so if anyone knows of any links for that it would be appreciated)
-Fox 40 Mini-whistles on order (forgot to mention this on the first post)

Want to add:

-small keychain compass of decent quality (could use some suggestions here)

Anything else you can think of?

Go to your local WalMart and get a Sebertech i2 Seberknife. The Seberknife consists of a 1 1/2 inch blade, a Phillips screw driver and a regular screwdricer with a keyring. When folded, its about the size of a Victorinox Classic, but thinner. They are just under $10.00 US and make a nice gadget gift.

I forgot in my first post to mention that I do have Fox 40 Mini- whistles on order for these keychains as well (I'm going to go back and add it after I'm done here).

I've already got the Photon I's so I'll stick with them.

I did think about the Micras, Ryan. But like I said in my first post I went with the Utilkeys instead. I want these to be as light and non-bulky as possible (I don't think many non-gadget people would carry around as much "stuff" as I do in their pocket). And since these will be going to non-knife enthusiasts, I don't think the small Spydies would be appreciated as they should be - so I'll just stay with the small (next to useless) blade on the Utilkey.

I do like the idea of the spy capsule and will see if I can find them.

Keep the ideas coming - as well I could really use some help with a way to tie up 10' or so of light paracord so it is fairly easy to unravel. My first attempt at various forms of scaffold and hangman knots were less than successful (I can tie them, but trying to incorporate that much cord didn't work very well)

Let me also say that the spy capsules that Ryan sells are Frigging awesome...

I have made for myself a neck rig that carries the spy capsule upside down..I sometimes have panic attacks so this is where I keep my meds..I shower with it,swim with it,,never leaves my body...
I just haven't made too many of them,as I haven't found the right combination to be able to mass produce them yet...

Anyway,,theres another suggestion for you..

I've already got the bottle opener covered with the Util-key (Kevin, the item in the Herrington catalog is the Swisstech Util-key, which I already have for these gifts, and you should get one for yourself - very handy).

Any other suggestions?

Any great links for disguising 10' of paracord in a fob?

I haven't seen any web news on the I2 model, but I did spy it at Wally World.

The M4 I have rocks for its size.

I'm going to look at the I2 tonight a bit closer. May be a good keyring item.

Oh yeah, the Sliver Gripper tweezers have a key-ring set-up now.

Very slim but uesful.
 
Wally World had 2 i2's left at $9.96 each. Bought both. Great for keyring. Well made, blade+phillips+blade screwdriver. Definitely a minimalist find.

Last time I asked a dumb question like this in Blade discussion, I ended up with a Kershaw Boa and a CUDA EDC [two days after I told my wife I didn't need any more knives..]

Last time I asked here, I bought a Firestick from Bagheera - which everyone liked.

[Still thinking about the New Sun Liberty pouch though...]
