Been thinking about getting some sort of hook/clip/dangler for my keys, I just hate them bunching up in my pocket.
Some examples of the ones I've been looking at:

I'm just curious of maybe some different styles you guys have tried and some more ideas of ones that I'm missing.
Any insight is nice, even negative, if you've tried these and didn't like them I'd love to know why.

Consider also the Maxpedition Keyton. Link. Thats the only one I have experience with, but I like the fact that it employs strong velcro and won't come off your belt unless you want it to. And its not spendy.

I tried a few and they didn't work for me till i saw someone make one with kydex on edc forums and i had to try it.

I also use one on my sak tinker and both work very well.

What's the little green tube beside your atwood bottle opener?

Looks like a tritium glow fob.

I really like that kydex idea, simple, small, and effective.
I've tried using paper clips before but they just end up tearing up my pockets.

Keep 'em coming!

I use a monkey fist (3/4") lanyard hooked to my keys and i just let it dangle outside my pocket while the keys dangle inside my pocket. Works great and you can smack someone with it if necessary :).
I've also used the nite-ize carabiners but they have weakened quickly and allowed keys to slip away.
I also love my little cable rings that easily screw on and off pretty quickly and they're pretty cheap too.

Thanks for the Maxpedition link, Powernoodle. I have a Blind Horse Knives Snapp Knapp on order and I'm thinking that one will be perfect to use with it.

I cant stand having keys in my pocket, but doing construction work I find myself laying on my side a lot to get under things and got tired of keys poking my thigh. I found a smaller carabiner and thread my belt through it (never clip to a belt loop, they tear off too easy)...hold 3 sets of keys and is super easy to remove/replace the keyring I need :D It's kind of noisy, but my shirt is usually covering it, so they don't make too much noise.

Excellent suggestion about threading through a belt through it vs using just the belt loop. I have both the Munroe and the pickpocket and they're both extremely functional.
