Aloha ALL,
Well, when I got home from Hell, I found this envelope from BokerUSA. In it were two KEYCOM's from our very own TJT, aka Terry. They got here FAST, and I am stoked. Mahalo MUCH Terry!!!
Okee Doke...Maarten alerted me to some pics of the KEYCOM elsewhere, but the pics were hard to see. Not that I did much better, but FWIW, here is the serial numbered PE KEYCOM next to my Spyderco Jester:
Now, here is the KEYCOM among some "other Knives"...
This lil' bugger is a pocket/keychain Lightsaber!!! If you plan on pocket carry, you could add a fob...I might do so since this one is tip down, so my fob will not be exposed and flopping all over the place. One thing I gotta say is that the KEYCOM, as small as it is, opens very EASILY via the pocket clip. Now, there is no stud for lefties to use, so with my left hand I use the blade spine to open it. The KEYCOM has a nice "in fingers" feel, and is a deceiving lil' knife. So small, yet feels "big" enough to do pretty much anything in an "urban environment". One thing is certain, this will NOT scare anyone in the office or if used in the general public's eyes...at least I don't think so.
Throw this on the key ring and your keys will act as a fob...it's all good. However, I plan on clipping this sucker wherever I wanna..."just because".
ONE PROBLEM: Check out my logo...it's missing a dot!!! Once this gets fixed, which I hope it will, these "two dot CLB Keycom's" *may* be collector's items!
Anyway, gotta go, but just had to share the fact that the KEYCOM's have arrived in "less voggy" Hilo!!! Mahalo much Terry...you da man, and these KEYCOM's are friggin' deadly cute.
God bless and thanks guys!
