KG Industries new food grade coating

I thought I would post a photo of a santoku style chef knife I coated with KG Industries new food grade coating. Great stuff!

Very nice. How does one go about coating a knife with this new coating? Can you purchase a kit?

I apply it with an airbrush and then bake it on. They do sell a "kit" which consists of the base material, and solvent. It is a bit tougher on the airbrush than regular Gun Kote, but the results are worth it. I have yet to find anything in the spray/bake on coatings that even comes close to KG's product. Can you use a normal cheapie automotive spray-gun to "paint" it on ? Or with those other bake-on finishes?
