khhi 15 inch defender

does anyone have any info on the khhi 15 inch defender i like the size and the fact that it has a full tang. does anyone think this better or worse that the more traditional design?

I had the smaller version of this kukri and did not like it. The 15 inch version looks like a big heavy monster. What do intend to do with it?
 
That thing weighs nearly 3 pounds. Unless they did a fantastic job balancing it (which I've heard KHHI isn't always good at) then you'll get tired pretty quick using it to clear brush.

15 inches might work for a thin machete, but I can't see how you would need longer than 10 inches on a kukri.
