Khuk id?

I got this khuk as a gift from an uncle of mine who is migrating to Cananda and had to dispose quite a lot of his stuff here. He is another enthusiast so you can imagine what all he had in his kitty. This piece was made some 20 years back by a Gurkha police sepoy using a leaf spring. I must say he did a fine job with what he had.

What design of HI Khuk is this most close to?

As this isnt an H.I. khuk, It will probably end up being moved to the Cantina.

Not quite sure the exact terminology, but to me it looks to be a type of Sirupate.
If you post this over at IKRHS.com , our friends there should be able to identify it and give you some pretty good info.

What design of HI Khuk is this most close to?

I see a leaf shape blade similar in outline to the Dui Chira but without the dual fullers.
