Pardon my rant.

I've had an absolute crap week. By the time I got home today after work, I could physically feel every muscle in my chest, back, and neck being tight and taunt from stress.

I'd like nothing better than to take a khukri out and just bash and smash and hack the ever loving crap out of a bunch of dead wood and what not - to work out the frustration without having to do anythig stupid or regretful.

I'm calling this Khukri therapy. Anyone else ever foudn this the answer?

Good healthy therapeutic tool - also works well for "Anger management"

It's my iron-clad weekly ritual. Just that i don't like to chop live trees. Just be very careful wielding those with emotions. Let off the steam but not the limb...:p

Speaking of which, the trickiest part is to choose which one to use.
Put those chopping to good use by reviewing it and share with amongst us. That will be helpful and also helped others to decide which khuk that suits their best needs..

Well, It's easy for me.... none. heavy sigh.

Through a very wierd set of cirumcstances and my own antural bad luck, I'm currently without a larger khuk. My CAK is being replaced, and my M-43 hasn't arrived. my Bilton and Kagas Katne won't quite cut it for chopping. The only khuk I have on hand at the moment is the Chitlangi that Im giving as a gift to a friend for his birthday, which is why I don't want to ding it up.

I can't WAIT for my khuks to get here, I can just tell this is some of the medicine I desperately need.

This is why I do boxing and BJJ. Fun, great exercise, and I always feel calm after I am done setting up for ground and pound, getting a difficult submission, or landing a sweet combo.
