I have a question for all of you out there with more knowledge of Khukris than I have. Which of the HI Khukris has the most extensive fullering? The Gelbu Special is the one that I have noticed the most as having a nice deep fullering job.
That is one of the things i like in certian blades. I think that a well fullered blade is very attractive, not to mention it's lightening of a large heavy blade makes it handle like a smaller blade might. Your input will be greatly appreciated. Pics would be a total bonus and thrill, as I am looking to pick my first HI Khukri. The GS is my pick to date, Thanks again.

Bro how does the Kothimoda and Hanuman compare in weight and size and length?

The Hanuman blade I have is almost 5/8" wide where the bolster will be.
I have rounded the corners off to about 9/16" along most of it.

Thanks Berk!!
The Kothimoda would be lighter I believe at 7/16" thick.

I just went back and looked at the Kothimoda again and just realized that it is real close to a straightened YCS.

There are a few subtle differences like the fullers extending to the point. And the fullers coming together into one a ways in front of the bolster.
That really makes me much more confident that the YCS is going to be Very Close to the model!!
