I don't know how in the world Uncle Bill does it.
This is the quickest that any of my Khuks have got here from Reno. From Wednesday morning to Friday afternoon.

I think Kumar is surely trying to compete with Bura. The pictures of the WW11's were something but in the hand they are stunning. The 18" is really a hand full. Good sized grip, and there is not doubt about the 30 OZ. weight. I didn't think anything would make my 15" AK feel like a runt but another AK. But, I was wrong again. The one that started out to be a 16.5" is 17" and 26 OZ. The description of both of these knives at the shoping site are called work horses and I sure do beleive it now.

I wanted to check them out but we finally got some very badly needed rain shortly after the mail man left. It kept it up until it started to get dark.
Made my wife and I very happy.. She thought she was going to lose some of her plants that finally came up. You married guys know how that goes If Moma ain't happy we all have a problem. Especially when it come time to by a Khuk.

I'll get to the testing this weekend and post what I think will be enlightening. Amazing, One of the smaller WW11's heavier than my AK, over a pound and a half. At that rate a guy could almost give away the 15" AK and not miss it...Almost.:p :) :D

Maybe I should send you my mailing address, just in case. :D

Alas, I'm beginning to suspect Tsimi is having an effect on Bruise.;)

I just recently received one by Sanu, an 18in, and it is nearly perfect for what I want a khuk for. When I first posted on the forum last year Uncle Bill recommended one, but I decided to try everything else first. It has been a pleasant journey, and it wil continue, but the WWII is what I was looking for in a using khukuri all along. It would be my recommendation to any first time buyer, as it would be a good yardstick to decide which khukuri you may want next- heavier, an AK of the same length; lighter, a Sirupati of the same length. Now I need a 16.5 in WWII by Sanu for hunting and hiking. It never ends......
