Khukuri boots fo sale on ebay !

Just make sure your speakers are not turned all the way up when you load the page. :barf: I wonder if Gene Simmons will be bidding on these?

If my mother saw me in a pair of these she'd beat me with a stick of firewood until her arm got tired, then she'd switch arms. :p

Sarge

...sold for a mere $176.00

At less than half the price, my horn-handled Kobra is still WAY more Goth than those. :p

Different strokes for different folks.;)

Kinda makes me wonder what kinda strokes the person who would wear such things get off on.  :barf:

But then in the deep dark reality of their true mind, should they have one, they'r really no different from the rest of mankind that needs a gentle touch now and then in order to remain gentle themselves, ainnit?

I guess you'd get a little extra room in a crowded elevator wearing those. But if you wore a khuk, you'd get that room too, and have something actually useful. And if the elevator doors close on one of the horns, or you fall on your butt when the horns snag something, the effect is severely compromised.

Not to mention, you can kick in not very many more bucks and even now buy a boot made the old-fashioned way that you can usefully wear everyday for the rest of your life with an couple of re-builds. For about double the cost of that shite, some folks will still make a custom last to build your boots on. What a waste. :barf: :barf:

You will have noticed that the clown selling these boots was from Birmingham, UK.

At least he had the sense to get rid of them, rather than risk wearing them in public.

In other news from these shores; police have announced that they've decided not to prosecute a 90 year old woman and her 85 year old war veteran brother who, on finding burglars in their home, attacked them with a walking stick and a poker. Judging by the news reports I've seen, it was a close call. My guess is that, if they'd been a few years younger, they'd be facing charges.

Was there a single specific moment when the world went crazy, or has it just got this way gradually? One small step for a lemming, a giant leap for lemmingkind.
