khukuri dvd question

as some of you know, i had to reformat my hdd and lost all my old emails.
A while back, somebody donated to the Yvsa knife fund on my behalf in trade for a khukuri dvd and now that I can make it, I have lost that name and address...
Please, kind person, send me an email with your address again!
