A little project I worked on this weekend to try and relax.
Making videos like this is hardly relaxing......:D

If that is what you do to relax you really need to learn about naps :D
I really enjoyed seeing 2 reasons why HI is such a special company 1) the brief summary of the Dharma work and goals and 2) All the various lovely blades.

Yeah, I think I'm just going to go back to napping after this.....
I must've done at least 50 edits to get this done and then I published it only to realize I made a spelling error and duplicated a picture.
I fixed the picture, but editing the misspelling is more work than I want to do at this point, because I now am not too enthused about video making. :D

Love it man, great job on it and I bet it took a ton of time to finish it off, but it is just great. I came here in 09 a few years after Uncle left us, but after some research I felt I knew him. The warmth and friendship and generally good karma here is why I continue to stay. I have seen many of khuks, but there is only one HI and it continues to be my favorite. I will support Auntie as long as I am able. Thank You Karda for everything you do for Auntie and HI, it does get noticed!!

I think you did a fantastic job of blending HI's story with some great photos and music. Take a bow - and a rest break!:thumbup:
 
Great job Karda! You call this relaxing? Loved the explanation of the HI Mission Statement, and call out to Uncle Bill several times.

Suggestion: The very last panel that notifies watchers about our home on Bladeforums, and Auntie's email address for purchase, maybe allow it to show just a tad longer, it went by a little quick, maybe 2 - 3 seconds longer.

I was a bit worried about putting the plug at the end. I wasn't sure where to go at first, but considering the circumstances as of late, I felt you all were owed a bit of a thank you for all you guys do to help each other, Auntie and HI. Without all you good people, we have nothing. It makes me very happy to know that, with your help, we've been able to continue the mission and ideals that this company was founded on. It sometimes astounds me that even all these years later HI can't make khukuri fast enough to keep up with demand and that Auntie sells 99.999 of everything she can get made. I prefer to take little credit, because I'm only doing as you all are and trying to do my small part. The real powerhouse behind all this is your dear Auntie....Tireless, selfless and gracious beyond measure.
