Hi everyone
Although I'm quite familiar with the Ghurkas regiment that was in Hong Kong, I'm not familiar with the techniques of handling the khukuri.
Actually for someone who is unfamiliar, this Nepalese blade shape though beautiful, seems a bit difficult to understand the way it is handled. But surely every blade with a history behind has its own reasons for being that way.
I would tend to use it with a back grip...
What I'm looking for is some background information on the khukuri so I can better understand it.
Thank you all and stay well.
