Wow, time have changed. I carried a pocket knife to school since I was nine years old. I was a cub scout, and carried my scout knife to school all the time, So did my friends. Back then it was a "tool". We didn`t have twist off tops on sodas.

i was also suspended a couple of years ago for having a sub 2 inch slipjoint that had an edge that was about as sharp as a spoon and this was in High school

We're not even allowed to have a soda machine in our school cause too many obese people blame the dreaded soda as the cause of their fatness. :grumpy:
