Just got this beauty. Unfortunately, the pictures were taken under natural light - a bit too bright to show off the temperline on the nearly mirror-finished blade of forged 1095. The blade, by the way, is over 1/4" thick and over 6" long. OAL is 11 1/4" and the handle features stag accented with a spacer made of fossilized walrus schlong.

Wulf, that is one gorgeousimo knife. Especially that stag. I wonder if you rubbed on the walrus shlong, would it turn into a bowie? ;)

Doubt it. It's already about as hard as it'll get.

You know, I heard somewhere that there's a group of ill-tempered walruses (or is it walri?) up in northern Greenland that make knifehandles out of frozen people-penises (or is it peni?)... :eek:
 
Man, it's getting deep in here :p But it's cracking me up so don't stop.

That's an awesome knife. I love the lines and it looks to have excellent fit and finish.

I just DROOOOOOOOOOLED :(

I hear they feed the Walrus's Viagra in Greenland to maximize the harvest. I mix Viagra with Miracle Grow, I found that I no longer need tomato stakes :)

And now to derail this thread yet again...

The knife came with a sheath that fits the oosic perfectly. It's made of a special type of, umm, walrus leather, but decorum would prevent me from posting a picture here. ;) :barf:

Sorry. I'll stop now with the oosic jokes. I promise.
 
That's a great looking knife Wulf.The combination of the stag with the shlong is beautiful. Did I just say that.:D

Seriously, schlong or not, that is one pretty knife. Just be careful when you polish it ;)
 
At the beginning of MY stag I had a hard schlong, too! Alas, now it's shrunk.... ;)

Wulf, why do you ALWAYS have to be so damn tasteful in your selections. Just when I think I have a handle on quality, YOU come along and show me the real deal. Hrrrrmmph.
