what's in the box.
i wanted to go on an overnighter this weekend but work got me super tired and ended up waking late...ended up breaking in the all-titanium stove in the backyard - ghetto style! 1 lb 6 oz total including the carrying case but not the gloves (the chimney length is for a supertarp).
know the behavior of the kind of wood you're burning...when i took this pic literally several pea-sized chunks of coal popped out and hit my foam pad i was sitting on, burning a few spots...so if you have wood known to pop embers, keep your sleeping bag away a good 8" or so before opening that door to toss more wood in.
not sure if the snow platform needs the threads on the legs too so i put tape on it to protect it from damage just in case.
with the screen door and dampers.
perfect setup with 1-2 person...1.1 liter mors pot and gsi cup for size reference.
very efficient burn - after the startup i didn't see any smoke anywhere including the chimney...should be awesome for drying my socks too (i've burned a couple with a normal camp fire).
didn't have time to let it die down completely but it's just as efficient as an emberlit.
