Kiku Matsuda custom anyone have any info please

Hi I have a Kiku Matsuda custom anyone have any info please... I find nothing on the custom items he did. This came from a huge collection, I only got 3 knives and this one of them. 6 1/2" little beauty scales are died Red Sander I believe or that is what was translated, the pins look like flowers with 5 pedals. Any info on this would be greatly appreciated.

I believe that it is the early(older) model of Kiku Matsuda.

As you wrote, the letters on the side of the box "紅木柄" means "Redsander Wood handle".
"菊小刀" means "Kiku Small knife".
"菊作" means "Made by Kiku".
The letter on the ricasso is also "菊（Kiku）".
